Peter Brears, Cooking and Dining in Medieval England

I don't have the time or inclination to write a review, but I wanted to let the group know that I'm currently reading this and have found it fascinating: chapters on structures (e.g. bakery, malthouse, kitchen, etc.), manners, preparation, recipes, Archbishop Neville's feast, etc. I'll never look at a castle the same way again!
