LATESTS NEWS ON SITE OF BOSWORTH

Hi....found this on BBC"s website.....

This made the Today programme this morning (except, not for the first
time, they said it was the decisive battle of the Civil War!).
Apparently they had lots of e-mails pointing out their mistake,
before I was even out of bed.

And they referred to the Battle of Bosworth Field, not realising that
'Battle of' and 'Field' are tautological.

Position is interesting, as it isn't in the direction of Dadlington -
unless 'south west' was meant to confuse metal detectorists.
