Digest No 2183

I have signed up with GMail as well and applied for membership of the forum.
Would hate having to go without all these fascinating discussions.

@, And one more thing. I can't change the thread title in *this group from the uninformative "Digest 2183." And what is this stupid @ symbol I keep getting when I try to edit the post? I'm leaving it so that people know what I'm talking about.

I  think I deleted the first version of this post.

I just read Yahoo Groups Blog, which is full of complaints about the new "improved" version.   Evidently Yahoo thinks it is just dandy and too bad for the users who don't -- there will be no option to switch back to the older version.

I'm for moving the group to Google.   I don't know if the years worth of archives and photos can be moved as well.
