Server problems, Sky cannot simply move your service from one home to another without a three week break in the broadband service. Nobody can tell me why this is. Very inconvenient. I was planning to move on the 27th but that has been put bak a week. My service is being cut off this weekend so I will have no email or broadband access until June 3rd. Sky expects me to get back with them?
I asked then to simply cancel the cancellation until I had a new date.
"OH we Can't do that! You have to cancel, then reorder, but that takes up to 3 weeks."
Ridiculous!So I shall be very quiet for a while.
Still I will have that chance to do some urgent rewrites to my Richard scrip so hopefully I can achieve them these next week.
