Hi Vickie et.al.,
I don't know if Edward de Vere wrote the Shakespeare Canon either, but there is an article from a Ricardian Register (American Branch publication) written in 1990 by member Linda McLatchie. I saved it all these years because it makes alot of sense to me.
I will try to figure out how to add it to the "Files" on this Forum.
