December Register

Hi all,

The December Register is now available online at r3.org.

Hopefully, the paper copies will be delivered to American Branch members
before the new year, but the UK Bulletin shipment was damaged to the
point where we don't have enough to mail to the full membership. The
full mailing will go out as soon as the damaged copies are replaced.

Actually, you can relax, Judy--this isn't the first time we've had
issues with shipping, but this is the first time we've been able to
pinpoint who's responsible. Just knowing where the problem is will
hopefully enable us to fix it going forward.
