Barnes & Nobel <http://tinyurl.com/7sp3c45> . I don't know when the
feed will catch up to B&N or Amazon, so if you're still thinking of
taking advantage of a free ebook, there's still time to take advantage
of this offer.

Note: It's not free at Amazon's outside the US. I hadn't realized this
when I first posted as I couldn't see the price on any Amazon outside of
the US--so I want to thank anyone who opted to pay for a digital copy.

remains free at Amazon.com will depend on when Amazon catches up with
