Richard III and a tomb.

Richard III and a tomb.

HI
`There may be solace in knowing that the available evidence indicates that, after all the humiliation heaped upon his body and his reputation post-Bosworth, he was, at the end, accorded some dignity and buried according to Catholic rites he would have recognized, in a place of quiet contemplation where comfort was offered to the poor and needy.'

This was part of the article I sent, but if, as seems likely, Richard's remains are buried under the basement of the existing office block, which was built over his neglected and forgotten grave, the contemplation according to Catholic rites is not being practiced as Richard would've liked. I know the curator of Leicester intends to excavate the site when the building comes up for redevelopment and I strongly believe that Richard should have an appropriate tomb worthy of respect.
