Swedish connection

I was watching an episode of Swedish police drama Wallander on Saturday evening. The lead detective is looking to interview someone. He enters a restaurant, goes through it and down some stairs into a gym where his suspect is. On those stairs though hung a copy of the Windsor portrait of King Richard. The restaurant was not a themed one so I have no idea why it was there.
But it is good to know our man has been to Scandinavia!
