Learning the possible reason for the missing feet on the skeletal remains gives me some peace of mind. I thought perhaps the desecration of the body on the battlefield or in the 2 days exposure in Leister, had resulted in the feet being removed in some way. Little bit of niceness to think at least a complete body was properly buried by the good Friars.
