Nothing we didn't know until the last paragraph (which is news to me in
these terms), where a marketing expert called Nicky Stephen estimates
that it could bring in £ 4m a year in visitor centre entry fees. She
seems to have been interviewed on the BBC and talked about an
'unbelievable visitor centre'.
