Thanks, Johanne. Marie has already posted on the topic. Still, any tidbits that you can add will be interesting for those of us not quite ready to spend that sum on a book!

On a side note: It seems a shame that important books about Richard aren't readily available at reasonable prices. Instead, we get production after production of Shakespeare's play, whose endless popularity is rather discouraging (as is the casting of sixty-year-old actors: http://www.7dvt.com/2012paul-schnabel-dirties-himself-play-shakespeares-great-antihero).
