Good blog about the Bosworth battlefield site

While googling for silver boars, I found this nice write-up about the
discovery of the small silver gilt boar which helped to confirm the true
site of the Bosworth battlefield. It looks like an excellent blog:

I think that Glenn Foard announced that he had found the spot where Richard had died because he had found a silver boar but it could have been lost at any stage of the battle. We have discussed this at our branch and decided that we would need a lot more evidence to pinpoint the exact spot. In view of the need for evidence to prove everything that Richard did or didn't do I suppose this would be sensible. We discussed this with a member of the main Society and they agreed that we need more evidence.
I am not sure if they are continuing the dig at the Battlefield site but with all the publicity about our warrior there is a good chance that they will continue to dig. I hope so because they can discover so many things about the way battles were fought these days.
