I'm glad I read it when I did. It reads well and
shows that there's more than one way to interpret the
events of Richard's reign.

When I re-read it last fall, I was sorry there were no
footnotes and bibliography. I wanted to know where
Costain got his ideas from.

But I think you'll find it's worth reading.
