Like many here I want this to be respectful, I was asked many years ago while on a day trip to Tewkesbury if I wanted to see the bones of George Duke of Clarance, they have been moved due to so building work,
I declined being quite horrified at the idea.
I would hate them to be displayed but good taste would not allow it I am sure. The Queen refused the bones in the urn to be disturbed so allowing anyone to view the bones of a King to be displayed would not be possible.
I vote for Leicester - York is just a tourist money spinner as is Westminster Abbey, I would like to visit without having to pay a fortune.
As for the funeral I guess those of us who have been members of the society over the years will be overlooked, it will be celebs and minor royals only.
I hope to visit one day and pay my own respects.
I declined being quite horrified at the idea.

The photos of the bones of George and Isabel are so sad. To think that he was a royal prince and he's been reduced to a skull in a box. That can't happen to Richard! Maire.

Haven't they actually disproved these are George's bones?
I think this is all a very clever windup. I can't imagine the Queen's cousin (who's patron) sanctioning anything like this. No doubt he'll have a say in 'advising'? Hilary
