me more details about this? All too often it seems to
get brushed over in books.

Ricardians No. 4 and No. 36 have articles on Richard's
Parliament and
legislation. I haven't read them myself but they are
listed in the Index.
Back issues of The Ricardian, the journal of the
Richard III Society, can be
obtained from Pat Ruffle. Her email address is:
peterchuff@a...
Hope that helps!

Hereýs another possibility: ýThe Legislation of
Richard III,ý by H.G. Hanbury in ý The American
Journal of Legal History, Vol. 6 (1962), pp. 95-113.
Iýve tried to read it. I donýt understand the legal
terms, because Iýve never had any legal training. If
you've had such training, or have friends who can
interpret the legal terms for you, it might be worth
the effort to find this.
It seems to be very thorough. Hanbury discusses both
private and public acts, clause by clause.
Hope this helps.
