Oooo, I love turnips. What do we eat in Texas that is so awful, except Prairie Oysters. I grew up in Louisiana, lots of great and strange things there.

Paul...swedes...the veggie type...are gorgious when cooked with carrot and mashed together with butter and plenty of black pepper...goes well with roast beef and roast potatoes.....and damn and blarst...I am on a diet and not allowed roasties....Doh!
