"Dark Sovereign" called Richard's demise correctly years ago

Now that his skeleton has been identified as that of Richard III and found to be wounded by 1/ a bladed weapon and 2/ an arrow in the spine, I lay claim to have called his end correctly in my play 'Dark Sovereign' (Act 5, 9. 160+).
Here is how King Richard departs 'Dark Sovereign'; and here is how D.S. dismisses one of Shakespeare's more disgraceful lines...
<< STAGE DIRECTION: Enter the TUDORS and FORCES. All fight.
VOICE 2 shouts: Fly the field, my lord, or we must fail.
VOICE 1 shouts: A horse! A horse! Some bring the king a horse!
K.RICHARD: I will not budge a foot.
I'll rather die the king of England. (160)
Enter FORCES, shouting: Stanley! Stanley! Stanley!
K.RICHARD: Treason! Treason! Treason!
KING RICHARD is killed. >>
While I have your attention: Let us be sure to oppose any effort to bury King Richard in the South, and that includes Westminster Abbey. Pre- and post-Shakespeare, the South has done nothing but smear King Richard with spite and lies for 500 years.

To be scrupulously fair, we can't prove that Richard DIDN'T, either. I
certainly don't believe Richard killed his nephews, but the only way to
"clear" his name would be to find out what DID happen to them. And the only
way that will ever happen is when "historians" start looking at some of
their sources with a more critical eye (Rous, More, Vergil, Hall, Holishead
come to mind).
Personally, I'll be quite happy if this discovery simply brings out into the
open that things everyone knows about Richard, and Tudor for that matter, as
"fact" - aren't. As you say "baby steps".

I meant in the programme. Great man Richard up to 83 then a change took place we are still arguing over. Then he said he still thinks he killed his nephews "I would have done" but that it is not definite. Up to recent times he was a definite.
