CBS redeems itself

CBS News just showed a Richard III story very different from the one it showed on "CBS This Morning"--with the same reporter giving a much less biased, much more accurate version of the facts. True, he called the curved spine a hunchback, but he also indicated that history written by the victors has damaged Richard's reputation. The rest of the story, told from the graveside rather than from the tower of London, focused on the science. I suspect that someone gave Mark Phillips a good talking to about checking out his facts and not taking his history from Shakespeare. I only hope that most viewers who saw the distorted version this morning also saw the corrected version this afternoon. Whew!
