Yes... This is what Graham Turner wrote half an hour ago on his facebook page:

"Yesterday's press conference at the Society of Antiquaries in London went very
well. I said a few words to the assembled press about my new painting,
so thanks to the Richard III Society for inviting me and giving me this
opportunity.

The main focus was of course on the facial
reconstruction of Richard III, which you'll have seen photos of all over
the place by now. As I said in my speech, I was pleased to see the
similarities between it and the existing portraits we're all so familiar
with; from my point of view it means that the paintings I've done of
him over the past twenty years are at least still valid!

Although very impressed with the skills that went into creating it, for
me the facial reconstruction appeared rather blank (a bit like a
passport photo). Understandably, it lacks any expression, or the lines
that life imprints on us all. While the basic shapes and proportions of a
face can be ascertained from the underlying foundations (chin, cheekbones, forehead, bridge of nose these are all obviously fixed
points), there are certain things I doubt can be revealed by the bones,
and that's hopefully where I can add my bit; an impression of what is
going on behind his eyes, the thoughts and emotions, at a moment of
complete clarity when Henry Tudor is spotted on the battlefield and the
right' course of action becomes so clear. Of course the portrait in my
painting is also just a part of the whole; the armour, horses, people,
banners these and the context of the what they're doing are what I
hope will allow my painting to provide a glimpse of real people involved in the dramatic events of five centuries ago.

I also need to
consider further how the curvature of his spine might have affected his
outward appearance, but at the moment I'm inclined to think that in
armour it wouldn't have been too obvious. The spine is twisted sideways,
but it looks like his head was still lined up above his pelvis, so
perhaps his torso would have appeared a bit shorter in proportion to the
rest of him, but the armour would have provided some support. I'm sure
this will all be discussed at length, but these are my initial
thoughts&..

Back to painting now!"
