A little bit of news about the hunchback statement

I've just spoken to my daughter - didn't realise that she and Jo Appleby had been to same college (will not quote it here but one of the colleges of the dreaming spires).

Apparently her statement re hunchback has caused shall we say a bit of controversy in that college. Given that this news has reached my daughter who left there a few years' ago now it must be quite loud news!

She also said there were some good interviews in the Guardian where actors such as Simon Russell-Beale were saying that their portrayal of Richard had nothing to do with history. And my daughter is not a Ricardian - yet!
