History desperately needs to be rewritten, with all the old views set aside and Richard's letters, legislation, and other extant documents given precedence over the incomplete, biased, and in some instances deliberately falsified chronicles.
Sorry. End of rant.

Me:
What an excellent idea. Perhaps the Society could sponsor a source book containing Richard's letters etc. I'm sure there would be a market for it.

One of the two questions of mine that Dr. Foxhall and Ms. Langley answered at the Channel 4 post-documentary live chat concerned this very question. I had asked if there was going to be a publicly-accessible Web archive of all extant documentation of the WotR/Richard III's reign. Ms. Langley said that the Richard III Society was talking with the city of Leicester about donating their archive to the new Leicester Visitors' Centre to be built in the old school they just bought just before the announcement of the authentication of the remains. Presumably, this archive would include the scholarly articles of "The Ricardian", which I would love to see.
(I'm sorry to keep harping on the live chat and the fact that I was the only chatter to have two questions accepted and answered, but this is one of the highlights of my life and I WILL brag until you guys are long since sick of hearing it.)
