Re satellite archeology: The February issue of the American magazine National Geographic has on page 60-61 an article worth reading about satellite imaging of earth surfaces revealing substantial structures underneath the top soil layers. Perhaps this technology will be useful in the future to determine the history of various sites. Carol D.
