Carol responds:
I'm afraid that it sounds like more Jo Appleby and Richard (I'll eat my hat if it's him) Buckley, the same people minus Philippa and Simon Farnaby covering their tracks. If it involved independent researchers questioning and reevaluating the find, it would be worth watching. I'm afraid it sounds like self-promotion by the Leicester team (and Channel 4 milking a good thing for all it's worth).
I hope I'm wrong, but I'm afraid that the team's assumption that they wouldn't find Richard and their haste to get the bones out of the ground led to irreparable damage not only to Richard's skull but to his reputation (the repeated "hunchback" remarks). I hope that Annette or someone (His Silent Royal Highness the Duke of Gloucester>) will ensure that the "h" word is not repeated in the sequel.

That word was really where it all went wrong, wasn't it and a more experienced presenter would have probed it.
Like you I do hope its not Leics Uni on a fundraising tout - swallow - perhaps we could do with a Tony Robinson? I shall duck under the table again.
