I actually do living hisotry at Agecroft Hall in Richmond, Virginia! Just know that we do love it here! It is situated on a lovely bluff on the James River and is interpreted in the seventeeth century (because that is when they have the most information about the family).

Thanks,
Emily

Thanks, Emily. I actually spent my honeymoon on the James River (so beautiful) but missed Agecroft Hall. Gotta get down there again. Maire.

I would like to visit myself, if I ever manage my major item on the bucket list - a tour of the ACW Battlefields

Arthurian
As a 'Proud Lancastrian' [Who finds it easy to have High Regard for Richard] I find it 'Difficult' to have  much regard for Lord Stanley, [ 1st Earl of Derby] Nevertheless I would URGE anyone interested in the Wars of the Roses in general & Bosworth in particular, to consider a Visit to Ormskirk Church which is about 15 miles north of Liverpool.

The Church contains the Effigies of both 1st & 3rd Earl's of Derby and is one of only three church's with both a 'Tower & a Steeple'.

Kind Regards,

Arthur.
