Here's a link to another article on the upcoming sequel to the first documentary, which was apparently seen by 4.9 million people (!):

http://www.channel4.com/info/press/news/following-hit-doc-more4-to-screen-richard-iii-the-unseen-story

In addition to new footage not used in the original and new interviews of the scientists, it promises to tell us which diseases Richard suffered from (or so the article states):

http://www.channel4.com/info/press/news/following-hit-doc-more4-to-screen-richard-iii-the-unseen-story

I'm hoping that this version will be what the first one ought to have been, but I confess that those hopes aren't very high given that it's by the same production company (which must be making a pretty penny from its risky initial investment).

Apologies if this link has already been posted.

From the 'blurb' at the link below:

Richard III: The Unseen Story will piece together the
critical steps in the archaeological excavation revealing how the
Greyfriars Church in Leicester was uncovered. It will reveal the dig's
other major finds from the church architecture to additional human
remains and reveal how the most important grave was identified - *
following the painstaking process of exhumation.* ?!?

Maybe they meant 'painful'?
