Who's writing a play on Henry VII?

That's very funny, because I'm almost finished with my Act I of a *musical*
on Henry Tudor, where the genius librettist (yours truly and tongue in cheek)
furnishes an explanation regarding the disappearance of the princes, a totally
new dramatic reading on the Stanley brothers (as opposed to Shakespeare),
Henry VII as a Miltonic/Shakespearean anti-hero, an entire (quite long) scene
detailing the growing Lincoln-led coup culminating in the Gardens of the White
Rose in Malines with Margaret of Burgundy, and the act-ending (and hopefully
show-stopping) removal of Henry's rivals before the Battle of Stoke. And a
monologue for Morton on medieval Realpolitik...what more could anyone want?

Of course, I can use any input I can get, as you all are so educated. I
think Henry VII is totally a neglected character and I'm very excited at exposing
I mean bringing him into the light.

And lest the anti-Richard partisans in this group think I might demonize poor
dull Henry, fear not. Act II evens it all out.

I am still looking for a composer, if anyone knows anyone who's interested.

Yours,

Nate
