Minster Lovell warrant

Have their been any discoveries of pertinent evidence or recent thoughtful
discussions that shed light on the Warrant sent by Richard III from Minster
Lovell to the the Bishop of Lincoln, 29 July 1483?

had taken upon thaym the fact of an entrepriuse / as we doubte nat . ye
