Lieutenant General in the North and Scottish Campaigns

I'm new to the forum though a Canadian member of the RIII society for a number of years.
I've been looking for what information exists regarding Richard's activities as Lieutenant General in the North and his Scottish Campaigns in 1480. Northumberland and Stanley were both present in those battles and I remember reading that at one time Stanley voiced frustration that Richard hadn't provided adequate cover to Stanley's troops. Does anyone know of any comprehensive studies relating to the efforts of the capture of Edinburgh and Berwick?
Thanks
Farrah
