Where to look
Where to look

Hello forum readers,
Before I joined the forum I spent some time looking at the Richard iii Soc website & also the website of the American branch. For people wanting to know the basics the R iii Soc website is an excellent place to spend time, & the American site offers " Basics"! There's information on the Australian site too, though I've not been so long on there.
Before Ricardians begin building FAQ pages perhaps newbies could try what's already available. No passwords needed!
Happy hunting,
Jan M.

Carol responds:
It would certainly be easier than building our own FAQ, but I don't see how we could require readers to read those sites before posting. An FAQ of our own could be shorter and simpler, and could include a recommendation (which I've already made in another post) to go to those sites for additional information. In fact, the final question could be "Where can I find more information on Richard III?"
And no password is required to access our files. You just have to be a member of the forum. (Nonmembers can, however, read our posts unless Neil decides to change that option.)

They can't anymore - or at least I can't, without logging in. That's why I joined; I used to lurk here just to read the messages, but then about two weeks ago I was no longer able to do so.
