Re: Perkin Warbecks widow&In the remote possibility that Perkin Warbeck was truly the younger Prince, and married this devoted Lady, are there modern living descendants of the pair? She had at least 2 children by Perkin. With all the DNA research going on, you can see where I am heading. Carol D.

Doug here:
It's a very intriguing idea. The best person I know of who might have some
information would be Stephen Lark but, if I remember correctly, he's
currently involved in a project that's taking up all his time. Perhaps, when
his current project is completed, he could look into Lady Catherine and any
possible descendants.

What I can remember from the discussions I have read and my conversation
with Wroe is that they moved to South Wales and took the surname Perkins.

Has anyone read the Ian Arthurson book on the Perkin Warbeck Conspiracy? It's quite recent 2009 and very dense with no index. I ordered it because it mentions the involvement of Cicely's servants in rebellions, though when I shall get through it with so few references, who knows
