FYI - there is an edition of Buck's work available on Google books
http://books.google.com/books?id=ZiFEAAAAcAAJ&printsec=frontcover&dq=george+buck&hl=en&sa=X&ei=PtYvUZa0Foq69QT7z4GoDg&ved=0CC4Q6AEwAA
This is the 1647 edition, & I understand a better version is one edited by
Kincaid. Perhaps others can comment as to whether one absolutely must read
Kincaid's edition, or whether or not it might be suggested that posters
have a look at the freely-available edition, before trying to remember or
speculating about what Buck actually said.

I understand there is a edited and better version of Buck's book done in 1979. It isn't on Amazon. Where can I get it?
