dishonorable?
dishonorable?

Re: Dishonorable&I was incensed that such a definite statement was said about Richard that he had apparently a list of dishonorable activities. I`d like that particular person to tell everyone what they were. Ricardians are made fun of but we spend countless time fine tooth combing our King, and dissecting his character and activities almost microscopically. None of us are blind to his human characteristics, but agree that in the balance he didn't do a truly dishonorable thing we can recall. There is some evidence we are pursuing, that the Princes were transported from the Tower into safer surroundings. We are open to his marriage being a political one, common to the times. There might be more illegitimate children, also a common practice of his time. I can't think of a genuinely dishonorable thing he did. I wish we had direct contact with the person making that statement, and could rebut. Carol D.

Carol, I was trying to make a list of his " dishonorable" deeds and chewed the end of my pencil to stub! But still can't seem to find anything truly dishonorable! Now I have a bellyful of lead and nothing on the paper........I too wish they would list those deeds so we can rebut.

Carol responds:
Probably the "murder" of Hastings. At least they don't present him as a usurper!
