Leicester Mercury Article - Table Tomb 'Unacceptable'

The Statement in the Leicester Mercury that 'The Cathedrals Fabric Commission of England' would not accept a "large table-top tomb" seems to me an attempt to push out to an hitherto unknown 'Quango' the decision in the matter.

Wether this is acceptable seems to me a matter for democratically elected people, it will be interesting to see if 'Democracy' prevails.
