U of Leicester's response to the cathedral's brief

Forgive me if this has already been posted. Work and time zone differences have prevented me from catching up completely on all the posts. Leicester University supports the cathedral's brief but notes that "the architect's brief does not commit to any single design and includes proposals made by the Richard III Society as well as a period of consultation on any designs that are forthcoming." That statement seems to imply that the Society's proposal for a tomb is still being considered by the cathedral authorities, which clearly is not true:
