Stephen--

Does this remind you of the movie "King Ralph"?

What does Michael tell us here that isn't already in the "Bosworth 1485"
book, (i.e. absolute proof that Richard, Duke of York never left Pontoise for two
solid months)?

Alright, this may seem silly but I was on the Biography website and I looked up Richard III. They have a picture beside his condensed story, and maybe it's just me, but I swear it looks like someone altered the picture and enlarged the nose.

There is a good chance that I'm imagening this, but if someone has a moment, would they let me know what they think.

Typical Daily Fail - dramatic news that everyone already knew a year or
so ago when the book first came out.

Stephen, buy Jones' book and enjoy.

Incidentally, speaking of Dr Jones, the Yorkshire Branch Spring Lecture
this year at Leeds Art Gallery (well, not all of it - the lecture
theatre!) is "Richard Gloucester as a Military Commander" by young
Michael, starts at 2pm and is free. Everybody welcome. Can't say fairer
than that, eh?

Cheers

Hi, Jan!
He's a great speaker, doesn't seem to need notes, and is a very personable
guy!
I had the great privilege of meeting him before and during our AGM. In the
previous email, I was just asking if there was any new info since his book came
out. It sounds as if the info in the "Bosworth 1485" book is at last
reaching a wider public.
We, as Ricardians, are just a little ahead of the curve in this particular
case.

Happy Holidays to all!

Loyaulté me lie,
Pam

You got me curious so I had a look.

The picture didn't look quite right. I thought his face looked abit
pudgier than usual so possibly the nose would look enlarged. Of
course it might be the smaller scale than one usually see the picture
so that might account for it.
