Existing Richard III Wiki
Existing Richard III Wiki

It looks as if there is already a "Wiki" devoted to Richard III. I just
found it so haven't figured out its structure or if the participants are
identified; it may be that the way to navigate is to employ the search
function. Here's a link to the page on Leicester Greyfriars.

Carol responds:
I'm not familiar with wikis, but after clicking on Wiki Activity, I found what appears to be the main entry on Richard, either written by or just edited by someone named Jackie Spiel:
http://richard-iii-of-england.wikia.com/wiki/Richard_III
It's quite objective (my only complaint is the reference to the legend of the seer) but also very incomplete, with nothing about his activities as Duke of Gloucester or his Parliament. It doesn't even mention Hastings--just Richard's being named Protector, escorting Edward to London, becoming king, the boys' disappearance, Buckingham's rebellion, and Bosworth.

From the log, it looks as if this Wiki was just started mid Oct 2012 & is
being supported by only the one person so far. She must be quite active
though since one more page has been added since I last looked this morning.
Most (maybe all?) the material seems to come from Wikipedia. I wonder if
she's open to contributions from others since as I understand it that is
the point of a Wiki?
