Hello Forum members,
In addition to my post on the SoA portraits I found a reference in the SoA 2012 review to the Bernard memorial in All Saints Houghton Hants. It's intended for Maurice Bernard d. 27/01/1791 & runs:
"an angel's arm can't snatch him from the grave; legions of angels can't confine him here."
If we do not care for the memorial that Leicester Cathedral eventually select we may want to think of the king's grave along these lines. I' m agnostic but I find these words worth pondering.
