No joy - Bert Field's Endnotes to "Royal Blood"

Here is the reply I received from Mr. Field's assistant.

I have checked everywhere and we do not have any endnotes or footnotes in
our files (or on computer) for ýRoyal Blood.ý You should probably contact
the publisher and see if they still have them available. Since they are no
longer on the publisherýs website (it has been 15 years since the book was
originally published), they may not have them either. Iým sorry we could
not be of more help.
