I went over to the Richard III Society Forum on YahooGroups to let them
know the endnotes couldn't be located. Someone on the group had done some
sleuthing in the meantime and found them on the Wayback Machine here:

the publisher and see if they still have them available. Since they are no
longer on the publisherýs website (it has been 15 years since the book was
