Everything is going into spam - HELP

All messages are now going into spam can anyone help me sort this out.  Please.

Hello Marion, is your email provider BT yahoo or another provider as apparently BT yahoo does send emails to spam if it thinks they are spam, you can get round this by adding people to your contacts. If this does not help look at BT yahoo help as there is some information there.

I can't help you with the e-mail problem per se, but you can always set up your account so that you read and post from the forum's website. That way, there's no spam, no clogged inbox, and no messages to delete.
