Homepage photo

To Neil or anyone who is interested, Yahoo Groups claims that the group photo is customizable by the moderator, but our home page still has that ghastly Southeast Asian mask or whatever it is (with links to the groups in general rather than our group):

I'd love to see a public domain photo of the reconstructed Richard on our home page or even just our old logo with Richard's coat of arms. Is it doable? Can we conduct a poll to choose a home page photo, or is that feature also lost?
