The first is 1415. Did you see Channel 4 on Monday (including the ubiquitous Jones)? I am sure you all know that Edward of York, Richard's great-uncle died at Agincourt.
The programme also spoke of preparations made at Southampton in August. During this stage, three men were tried for a "plot" to kill Henry V and enthrone Edmund Mortimer. The courthouse is now a pub in the High Street.
The defendants were all convicted and executed, including Richard of Cambridge.

The second is 1562. Elizabeth I is seriously ill with smallpox and Parliament is discussing her successor if required. Mary of Scotland is out of favour and her son not yet born.
One candidate is Lady Catherine Grey.
The other is Lord Henry Hastings, son of Francis and of Catherine Pole. His claim is through his mother who is still alive, but this did not stop Henry VII !
Although the Queen recovers, Lord Henry becomes President of the Council of the North for 23 years. In 1570 he becomes the 3rd Earl of Huntingdon. He dies in 1595.

I mean to visit the pub one day soon and have already borrowed a Henry of Huntingdon biography.
