My apologies for the ghost posts in which I don't respond to the post I'm quoting. I don't know how they happen, but I've found two of them lately. I've deleted them from the forum, but I can't do anything about them for people who read the posts by e-mail except apologize. I'll try to be more careful to avoid them in future.
