September pubs for American Branch members

The September issue of the Ricardian Register arrived in my mailbox today. Still waiting for the Bulletin. Because of the size of both pubs, they had to be addressed separately in order to take advantage of non-profit bulk mail. So don't panic if you get one without the other.
