A few loose ends re: wills and Richard's burial

Yes, I realize these topics have been discussed, but a couple of
tidbits bother me.
1. What prompted Tydder to fork out the 10 pounds to "properly"
inter Richard, especially so long after Bosworth? Surely it was not
a sudden pang of Catholic guilt!Presuming it is on record, what year
did he do this?

2. Did Ann Neville leave a will? I find it difficult to believe that
an annointed queen, gravely ill, would not.Yet another valuable
document into the Ricardian bonfire?
