Often, it is Jemima Khan (descended from Clarence through Catherine Pole) in the gossip columns.
How many of you read about the recent murder of the Earl of Shaftesbury in France? He is probably descended from the second Earl. If so, the 2nd Earl's father-in-law was the 8th Earl of Rutland, making the murder victim a descendent of Anne of Exeter.

The Complete Peerage has confirmed this descent (the 10th Earl of Shaftesbury from Anne of Exeter).

I assume that is due to her mother being the daughter of the Marquis
of Londonderry ? Where did the Clarence/Pole bloodline come into the
Londonderry's - via the Vane-Tempests perhaps ?

Thanks, Stephen fascinating stuff ! In fact it was through the
Chetwynd-Talbots, Earls of Shrewsbury (another good Shakespearian
name) that Clarence's bloodline came into the Londonderry family.
