I would repeal Titulus Regius 1486 if I could.
Alternatively, I would include Kings BEFORE the Norman Conquest in
the
numbering system. This would only affect the Edwards unless some
other
old name were revised in the near future.

Pardon my stupidity, again, but is the Act that was passed that dated Tudor's reign from
the day before Bosworth, thus attainting Richard and his followers of high treason - is that
Titulus Regius 1486? Well anyway that is the law I would change.
