Barley Hall

There's a rumour reported on the American R3 list that Barley Hall is
struggling to make ends meet and needs help.

Is anyone out there in a position to confirm or deny this rumour? I'm sure
most Ricardians would like to help, if help is needed.

Since it's out on the American Branch list, I can
confirm that I received a query for placement of an
appeal on the r3.org homepage. As some may know, I'm a
lame duck on the website, having tendered my
resignation pending the selection of a replacement,
and this request is a little out of the usual for us.
So I referred the question to the Board. If the Board
concurs, and early e-mail in that regard is positive,
I'll make the appropriate change when I can devote the
time to it.

I have some family health issues that have made it
necessary for me to give up all volunteer commitments
at present.
