Montagu Estates

Does anyone have details on the estates held by John Neville, Marquiss
Montagu?
I'm aware of the forfeited Percy estates he was awarded, but did he
have any others?
Did the Montagu title have any Montagu west country lands awarded with
it?
Did he have any Neville lands?
When did he aquire posession of his wifes estates, and where were they,
e.g. is there an "Ingoldsthorpe" or was this just a family name?

A couple of queries regarding Earl Rivers: his main estate "The Mote"
in Kent is said to have been given him by Henry Chichele, Archbishop of
Canterbury; was this previously a Chichele family estate, or part of
the church lands?
Regarding Woodville's coat of arms: one quarter shows a yellow eagle on
a red background - does anyone know what this represents? Rivers? He
also bore a quarter of Beauchamp of Hatch (vaire), yet seems to have
held no Beauchamp estates. Is this an example of a parvenu inventing a
lineage to justify his close relations with the King?
